Track

Raw GPS tracks for each climb and rappel (GPX)

Route

Raw GPS routes for each climb, rappel and rest with timestamped route points (GPX)

Waypoints

GPS waypoints (GPX, KML)

       Climbs

Starting point (KML) and end point (GPX, KML) of each pitch

       Rappels

Starting point (GPX, KML) and end point (KML) of each rappel

       Rests

Average location while resting (GPX, KML)

       Above Ground

Floats the line connecting start- and end points above ground to prevent lines disappearing below ground (KML)

       Extrude climbs/rappels

Visually connect the floating line with the ground (KML) when using Above Ground

An open standard used by many GPS programs to save GPS data

KML

Keyhole Markup Language

Stores geographic modeling information in the geographic information systems (GIS) data format based on XML.  Google Earth Pro, Google Earth Web, Google Earth Mobile, and other mapping applications use this format.

Note:

Climber's Assistant currently records Rotation and Acceleration but does not use it.
