Sensor Calibration
The calibration values must be set appropriately for each phone because they use different barometric sensors.

Maximum Noise
Climber's Assistant ignores data points with noise values above Maximum Noise. This feature helps with eliminating sporadic erroneous sensor data.

Smoothing
The lower this value, the more noise the algorithm removes from the raw sensor data resulting in a dataset with fewer abrupt changes. Smoothing has the disadvantage of causing elevation changes to be reflected with a delay.
Low smoothing value resulting in a very smooth dataset but a lot of lag.
High smoothing value resulting in almost no lag but a choppy dataset.
Medium smoothing value resulting in a sufficiently smooth dataset with little lag.
Tap Sensor Calibration on the Chart page menu to visually set this value.
Calibrate Sensor Noise
Set Sensor Noise automatically based on the noise level of the phone's barometric sensor. Hold the phone still during the one-minute calibration.
Sensor Noise
The noisier the phone's sensor, the higher this value must be to generate a smooth dataset. Climber's Assistant calibrates Sensor Noise automatically before recording the first time. Tap Calibrate Sensor Noise to recalibrate any time.
