- Maximum Heart Rate

Calculated from Maximum Heart Rate and Weight
Delete this value and reenter Maximum Heart Rate or Weight to trigger a recalculation.
Climber's Assistant calculates burned calories using one of three methods, depending on which values you entered:
- Weight, Average Heart Rate, Age, Gender, VO2 Max
- Weight, Average Heart Rate, Age, Gender
- Weight, Route Difficulty
While this method does not take age or gender into consideration, it does distinguish between climbing, rappelling, and resting.
You can manually override Maximum Heart Rate and VO2 Max.
